Scope of work

Every project begins with an agreed requirement summary. Work outside that summary is treated as a change request and may affect cost and timeline.

On full payment, deliverables prepared specifically for your project are yours. Reusable libraries, internal tools and general know-how remain with Innovative Tech.

Support

Post-delivery support covers defects in the delivered solution. New features, redesigns and hardware replacements are quoted separately.
