Confidentiality
Project ideas and technical documents shared with us are treated as confidential and are accessible only to team members working on your requirement.
Project request information
When you submit a project request we store the contact details, project title, category, description and any optional technical, budget or timeline preferences you provide, together with the reference number generated for your request.
Requirement documents
Documents you upload are stored in a private storage area. They are not published, not listed publicly and are not reachable through a public link. Only authorized Innovative Tech team members can retrieve them through an authenticated, time-limited access flow.
Why we collect it
To review your requirement, contact you using your preferred communication method (phone, WhatsApp or email), prepare proposals and deliver agreed work.
Data security and retention
Requests are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level access rules so that customer submissions cannot be read by other website visitors. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping, and remove them on request where we are not required to keep them.
Service providers
We rely on third-party infrastructure for website hosting, database and file storage, and (where configured) transactional email delivery of confirmation messages. These providers process data only to operate the service.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by contacting us through the details on our contact page.
